Pressing Dies
Pressing dies shape powder into pellets inside a press. Extractor King supplies Across International (Ai) dry pressing die sets in round inside diameters from 6mm to 100mm, including 8mm hardened steel and a 6mm set with two push rods, plus square 13 x 13, 25 x 25 and 50 x 50 mm easy-retrieve dies.
Easy-retrieve round dies are offered in several sizes for simpler pellet removal. Vacuum dry pressing die sets are listed in 6mm, 13mm, 25mm and 50mm, and 250°C heated dies with a digital controller come in 13mm, 25mm, 50mm and 76mm. Match the die to your pellet size and press.
