Vertical Tube Furnaces
Vertical tube furnaces hold the process tube upright, which suits quenching, drop and fluidized bed work. Extractor King supplies Across International (Ai) vertical models listed at 1200C, 1500C and 1700C, in single-zone and 1-3 zone configurations and for tube sizes from 50mm OD up to the 60-100mm OD range.
Specialised units include a vertical quenching furnace, an ultrasonic spray pyrolysis furnace with continuous collection, a fluidized bed CVD tube furnace and a multi-channel tube furnace. There is also a 1500C convertible model with a lifting motor that can be set up horizontally or vertically.
