Flash Sintering Furnace  

Flash and fast sintering furnaces densify ceramic and powder samples in a much shorter heating cycle than conventional firing. Extractor King offers three Across International (Ai) systems for labs studying rapid sintering.

The range includes a preheating flash sintering furnace, a rapid heating flash sintering furnace, and the RTP1200 fast sintering furnace, which uses halogen light as its heat source. Each takes a different approach to rapid heating, so compare the heating method against your sample type and research goals.
