Muffle Furnaces
Muffle furnaces heat samples in an enclosed box chamber, a common choice for ashing, calcining and heat treatment. Extractor King offers Across International (Ai) muffle furnaces from a compact tabletop 1050°C unit with a 4x4x4" chamber and 30-segment PID controller up to 1750°C models.
Other options include a 1200°C benchtop furnace with Kanthal elements, 1400C and 1700°C multi-segment furnaces with PC interface, and a 1750°C furnace with a Eurotherm digital multi-segment controller. For work under gas, see the Controlled Atmosphere section.
