Horizontal Tube Furnaces
Horizontal tube furnaces are the standard format for annealing, sintering and heat treating samples inside a sealed process tube. Extractor King offers Across International (Ai) models listed from 1200C to 1750C, including top-open designs that make loading and cooling the tube easier.
Options cover single-zone and 1-3 zone heating, with quartz, alumina, silicon carbide or stainless steel tubes depending on the model. Several units come with sealing flanges, and the 1750C model is fitted with a Eurotherm controller. Choose by maximum temperature, number of zones and tube material for your process.
