Pellet Presses
Hydraulic pellet presses compact powders into solid pellets for analysis and materials testing. Extractor King supplies three Across International (Ai) models: a 24-ton pellet press with hydraulic pump and safety shield, and 40-ton and 60-ton laboratory pellet presses with built-in hydraulic pumps.
Choose the tonnage based on the pellet diameter and density you need. Each press works with dry pressing die sets from the Pressing Dies section, and gauges, gaskets and handles are available under Replacement Parts.
