Replacement Parts
This section holds spare parts and add-on components for Across International (Ai) laboratory furnaces. Consumables include alumina ceramic process tubes and Dee tubes, high purity quartz process tubes, alumina crucible sample holders, thermal tube blocks, silicone sealing O-rings and stainless steel vacuum sealing flange kits.
Electrical and control parts cover Type K, S and B thermocouples, SiC and MoSi2 heating elements, fuses, an AC contactor for split tube furnaces, NEMA plugs and a Shimaden FP93 temperature controller. For gas and feed handling there are Alicat mass flow controllers, gas flow meters, a multi-channel gas mixing system, an RF generator, a powder feeder and an ultrasonic nano spray kit.
