Vacuum Furnaces
Vacuum furnaces process materials without oxygen present, for sintering, melting, hot pressing and graphitization. Extractor King supplies Across International (Ai) vacuum systems including a spark plasma sintering furnace, tungsten and carbon tube sintering furnaces, a molybdenum furnace and a vacuum degreasing sintering furnace.
Hot press furnaces are offered with either graphite or molybdenum heating elements. For arc melting there are the AIVAF vacuum arc furnace and the compact AIVAF-200 Mini, and a graphitization furnace completes the range. These are specialised systems, so configuration is best confirmed before purchase.
