50L Glass Reactor - Science King

The Science King Jacketed Reactors are ideal for reaction applications involving extreme temperatures. They include an inner jacket for cooling or heating and an outer jacket for vacuum insulation. The outer jacket also alleviates moisture buildup so you can always see exactly what's happening inside the system. 

Overview

The Science King 50L jacketed glass reactor is made for reactions that run hot or very cold. The vessel has two jackets: the inner jacket carries heating or cooling fluid around the reaction, and the outer jacket is pulled under vacuum to insulate it.

That vacuum layer does a second job. Because it keeps the cold away from the outside glass, moisture does not build up on the vessel, so you can keep watching the reaction instead of wiping the glass. It suits low-temperature work where a single-jacket vessel would fog over.
