Alumicel A is an aluminum oxide (alumina) adsorbent from Carbon Chemistry. It is used as a polar stationary phase for normal-phase column chromatography and to help with colour remediation.
Alumicel comes in three grades by pH: A (acidic, pH 4.0-5.0), N (neutral, pH about 6.7) and B (basic, pH about 9.9). Choose the grade that suits the compounds you need to hold back.
