The High Efficiency Powder Containment Hood combines powerful airflow with a sturdy, compact enclosure to deliver reliable respiratory and environmental protection during powder handling. Engineered to pull harmful particulate up and away from the operator’s breathing zone, it captures airborne contaminants into a dedicated filter chamber to help keep work areas cleaner and safer.
Depending on your application, the filter chamber can be configured with HEPA filtration (up to 99.97% efficient at 0.3 microns and larger), ULPA filtration (up to 99.9995% efficient at 0.12 microns and larger), Activated Carbon, or specialty-blended media (including Acid Gas, Mercury, Aldehyde, and Ammonia blends) for targeted adsorption.
With quiet operation, long filter life, and fast, simple filter changes, this containment hood is built for daily lab and production workflows where powder control and operator protection matter most.
