A stainless steel wiped film (molecular) distillation system for separating high boiling point, heat sensitive and easily oxidizable substances, and for purification after plant extraction. The contact area is SUS316 stainless steel, and systems are available with evaporation areas from 0.05 m² to 5 m².

Stainless steel molecular distillation

Structure: control cabinet, feeding flask, preheat heater, evaporator with its own heater, condenser, cold trap, collection flasks, diffusion pump and vacuum pump, chillers for the condenser and evaporator, all on a movable support frame.

Molecular distillation system structure

  • Magnetic sealing on the wiper drive
  • Main control system with digital temperature controllers
  • Diffusion pump, maximum vacuum ≤ 0.001 mbar
