A production-scale 12" stainless steel wiped film distillation system for turning crude into clear, high-potency distillate continuously. It arrives as a complete turnkey set: evaporator, heated gear-pump feed, three circulators, a two-stage vacuum pump with a diffusion pump, separate controls and all jacketed, insulated tubing - ready to connect and run.

Who it is for: producers making hundreds to thousands of litres of finished distillate a month who have outgrown 5L and 6" systems.

  • 12" (305 mm) stainless steel wiped film evaporator - short residence time, minimal heat damage
  • JSCC variable-frequency drive motor for the wiper rotor
  • Jacketed, insulated 5 cc gear pump for continuous feed, with its own control
  • Separate circulators for the evaporator body, the jacketed auxiliary lines and the condenser (heating and cooling)
  • TRP-90 two-stage rotary vane pump plus a high-efficiency diffusion pump for deep vacuum
  • Integrated control of rotor speed and vacuum pressure
